Here is one for you. When you are aware of thinking (or having thunk) a thought, do you automatically assume that it is true, accurate or valid? Or another way of framing the question, “Do you assume your thought are true and without much consideration simply act on them? Or perhaps you have never thought about it? Or perhaps you think it is a stupid question?
