“Happy For Life” new Will Ross book

One of my favorite REBT guys, the late Will Ross has talent for simplifying complex REBT concepts in a way that everyone can understand. I really envy that talent. Will’s little book,
Happy for Life: Ten Key Strategies is a fine example of what I am describing.

My friend, Will Ross, one of the best REBT guys in the business has a little  book Happy For Life:Ten Key Strategies  which reduces REBT to it’s essentials so that it becomes a habit in your life, not something you take like a pill when you are ill.  Excellent as quick intro for newbies as well as a refresher for more experienced REBTers.  Here is will in his own words.
