This half-day workshop will address the factors involved in the development and maintenance of depressive symptomology. REBT/CBT is an extremely effective treatment modality for depression. This half-day workshop will focus on how depression occurs and re-occurs and how evidence-based treatment approaches can be used to help under-motivated and stuck clients.
