Get “A Guide to Rational Living”

Posted by Rex Alexander on Fri 21 Sep 18 in Albert Ellis, Basics, Books & Media, bookshop, REBT |

This is the granddaddy of them all, the one that started it all off,  written for the general public, Dr. Ellis’s classic primer on REBT / Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy; clear, concise and “user-friendly.”  I (Rex) re-read this manual at least once every year and refer Please remember than when you submit assignments by e-mail (as you should in MODs 4, 5 & 6), you also have to type some text such as “see e-mail” in both of the assignment text boxes on the website.  I have taken care of it for you this time, but please don’t forget in future.  Thanks. frequently for my own personal growth as well as a tool that supports my REBT-CBT teaching, blogging and coaching. It is fundamental and a and a great place to begin your journey into REBT as well as to refresh your understanding of this radical tool.  Everyone with more than a passing interest would do well to have a copy in his or her library.  Unfortunately, no kindle or other digital version available at this time. Hopefully, the publisher will release it to digital if enough people request it.
