My friend, Will Ross, one of the best REBT guys in the business has a little book Happy For Life:Ten Key Strategies which reduces REBT to it’s essentials so that it becomes a habit in your life, not something you take like a pill when you are ill. Excellent as quick intro for newbies as well as a refresher for more experienced REBTers. Here is will in his own words. Will was founder of the REBT Network which is still online as of September 2019.
