Do you believe that when you want something, you absolutely MUST have it . . . and that it is terrible when you don’t get what you must have?

Hi REBT Mates!

Or do you believe that while it is highly preferable to get what you want, there is not reason why you absolutely MUST have it, and that if you don’t get it, it’s a bummer, but hardly the end of the world?
