One of our important goals in developing the REBT Info website has been to build a permanent archive of REBT-CBT and related content available to professionals, students, fans and “civilians” alike. To realize this and to make it practical we, of course, have to have an excellent search facility to allow users quickly find the posts, articles and content they are looking for.
Voila! We have such a facility and invite our REBT Mates to make liberal use of it. You will find it on the right-hand side bar near the top. Search for people, books, articles, titles, subjects, anything. No special training to operate it is required!

By honestly acknowledging your past errors, but never damning yourself for them, you can learn to use your past for your own future.” ~Albert Ellis Originally posted 2017-06-17 06:21:04.
Dr. Ellis loved making fun of his and our distorted thinking and irrational behavior with humorous rational songs, and limericks. Humor is, of course, fun, but also very powerful in helping us break the bonds of our irrational thinking. Here is a special video by Dr. Ellis singing his famous “Whine! Whine! Whine!” song […]
The word rational is obviously fundamental to REBT. After all, we are Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. However, I am afraid this is misleading to many as REBT uses the word in a special way . . . Originally posted 2015-08-29 05:33:32.
